FAQ

What format should my file be submitted in?

High resolution PDF with bleed or native files. When sending files, be sure to compress them.

What is the Pantone Matching System?

A standardized color reproduction system. By standardizing the colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all refer to the Pantone system to make sure colors match without direct contact with one another.

What is the best resolution to save my graphics and files?

Photos at 300 dpi, and Text at 1200 dpi.

How long does it take to complete my order?

Some jobs take minutes and some may take days. Let us know when you need your job and we’ll do our best to get it done on time. We go to great length to meet your demands.

What is a “proof”?

A way to ensure that we have set your type accurately and everything is positioned according to requirements. On color jobs, we can produce a color proof to show how the different colors will appear. This will be Emailed to you or printed so it can be viewed in our office.

Why do I need to look at a proof?

Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
